The program targets mid-level professionals who either work in or have an interest in contributing to one of the following targeted sectors: Small and Medium Enterprises (SME), The non-profit Sector, or Human Capital Development.
Participants will gain practical skills and insights in 52 engagement hours through a blend of in-person Modules, virtual learning Modules, and hands-on capstone project, enabling them to lead effectively within their sectors.

The program will be delivered in English.
Commitment and engagement during the modules days is mandatory to graduate (total of 10 days). The modules are spread over 7 months period and physical attendance is required for in-person sessions as highlighted in the program outline section.
The first and last modules will be held in-person, while the second module will take place online. The in-person modules will be held in Riyadh, and attendance is mandatory.
Yes, the program is exclusively for Saudi citizens.
Tuition fees are covered by Misk Foundation. However, applicants will be responsible for all associated travel, transportation, and accommodation costs.
The program is expected to start in May/June depending on your group and will last for 7 months.
The program is for young professionals with an average age of 31 who have 4 to 8 years of work experience and have recently been assigned a project to oversee and a new team to lead.
