2030 Leaders is an exclusive world-class leadership program tailored for Saudi leaders and delivered with renowned global academic partners with Saudi context in mind. The program curriculum will equip leaders with the necessary skills to adopt different mindsets to deal with unprecedented challenges in the Kingdom and will enable them to leverage their leadership, experience, and legacy to lead teams and organizations and deliver on Vision 2030 strategies and objectives.

Yes. Candidates will need about 25 working days to finish the program. Please note that attendance is mandatory to complete the program and to join our prestigious alumni groups (both MiSK and Esade). We encourage you to speak to your organization to gain their support and request time off.
Leaders 2030 is primarily an in-person program, with some virtual online components and sessions.
Yes. The program is exclusively for female and male Saudi nationals.
The program fees are SAR179,500. However, Cohort 5 and Cohort 6 are fully sponsored by Mohammed bin Salman Foundation “Misk” in 2023 - 2024.
The sponsorship does not cover the cost of travel and accommodation in Riyadh, or the cost of international travel and accommodation for 6 days in Barcelona and Geneva (approx. SAR 10,000).
For Cohort 5 and Cohort 6 in 2023/2024, Misk is sponsoring the cost of the program (excluding travel and accommodation costs). You may ask your organization to sponsor travel costs.
The program has set minimum criteria that clearly define the nature of 10 years of full-time experience. This excludes coop, internships or research positions etc. Furthermore, leadership experience is defined as serving in a distinctly more senior position than a managerial position.
If you applied to Cohort 4 (Sep 2022) and reached stages 3 (one-way video interview) or Stage 4 (Competency Based Interview) we request a cool off period of 12 months before re-applying to the next cohort in order to provide opportunity to reflect on your development based on the the feedback report given to you.
You will hear back about your application decision by September 2024 at the latest.
The application form will ask about your preference for cohort 5 (October 2023) or Cohort 6 (January 2024) however we do not promise specific cohort allocation. Decision will be made based on number of applicants received per cohort.
