Yes, Misk Foundation will honor volunteers with two certificates: one for completing the training before the event and another upon finishing the event.

Yes, we will provide training sessions before the event to ensure you are well-prepared for your specified role. Details about the training schedule will be shared after your application and interview process is accepted.

Anyone with a passion of volunteering and a willingness to help can volunteer. We welcome individuals of all backgrounds, and skill levels. However, some roles may have specific requirements or preferences.

We offer a wide range of volunteering opportunities, including, event management, community outreach, administrative support, operations, logistics, programming management, registration, etc. You can choose a role that aligns with your interests and skills.

While some roles may require specific skills or experience, most do not. We provide training and support for all volunteers. If you have particular skills or expertise, we’d love to know so we can match you with a role that utilizes them.

Volunteering is an unpaid activity, so you will not receive monetary compensation. However, you will be provided with breaks, food, and beverages during your shift. Additionally, you’ll gain valuable experience, make a positive impact, and have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals.

Absolutely! We encourage group volunteering and are happy to accommodate teams from schools, businesses, or community organizations. Please contact us in advance to discuss group opportunities and any special arrangements.

Our volunteer coordinators are always available to provide guidance and support. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where volunteers feel valued and empowered.

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel, please notify us one week prior to the event so we can adjust accordingly and offer your spot to another volunteer.
