The experience includes five work tasks:
Design a research tool (an open-ended questionnaire) to identify the user and understand their needs.
Identify the problem by analyzing survey results and user responses, providing a definition of the problem, and understanding its impact on the user experience.
Brainstorm a set of initial ideas and concepts for possible solutions.
Design the first prototype of the selected solution.
Present appropriate recommendations based on the results of testing the initial prototype.
