Misk Traineeship Program aims to empower, upskill, and prepare the youth of Saudi Arabia to become responsible and active participants in the Kingdom’s future by creating and managing strong, unique, and professional traineeship opportunities through partnering with leading local and international companies.
The program aims to empower candidates for Qiddiya’s Graduate Development Program (GDP). This program is designed to provide recent graduates with comprehensive, hands-on experience across various departments within the organization. Each candidate will be assigned to a specific department based on their major, CV, and the outcomes of their interviews conducted prior to selection.
The GDP consists of two rotations over an 11-month period, allowing graduates to work within different teams under the same division. This rotational structure is intended to enhance their skills, broaden their understanding of the organization, and provide valuable insights into various functions.
Education Level: Bachelor's degree graduates only
Eligible Majors: Open to graduates from all academic disciplines
- Bachelor's degree graduate from an accredited university.
- Recent graduate (graduated within the last two years).
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.75 out of 5.00, 2.75 out of 4.00, or equivalent.

For candidates interested in engineering, product development, industrial design, manufacturing, construction, architecture, and related technical fields.
For candidates interested in software development, AI, data science, cybersecurity, cloud computing, IT, digital products, and emerging technologies.
For candidates interested in business operations, finance, accounting, human resources, marketing, strategy, procurement, legal, and corporate functions.
