Managing community work in non-profit organizations enables you to understand the fundamentals of administrative work in these organizations, project planning, coordinating and communicating with partners, managing project activities, evaluating these events, and ensuring the quality of project outcomes.

The experience is designed to cater to beginners in the field of project management, especially in non-profit projects. Therefore, having experience is not a fundamental requirement to pass the experience, but it will enrich your experience.
