2030 Leaders is an exclusive, world-class leadership program designed for Saudi leaders and delivered in collaboration with globally renowned academic partners, with the Saudi context at its core. Program Prerequisites
  • Must be an accomplished senior leader in public or private sector; or a successful entrepreneur with aspirations to take on a national leadership role.
  • Must have a minimum 10 years of work experience with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Should be able to clearly articulate plans to realize Vision 2030 goals and make a long-lasting impact.

Yes – the course is designed this way to suit the busy schedule of executives.

Yes. Candidates will need about 21 working days to finish the program. Please note that attendance is mandatory to complete the program and to join our prestigious alumni communities (both MISK and LBS). We encourage you to speak to your organization to gain their support and request time off

Main modules are planned to be held in person. 2030 Leaders is primarily an in-person program, with some virtual online components and sessions.  

Yes. The program is exclusively for female and male Saudi nationals. 

Meeting the minimum experience requirements (10 years full-time, 5 years senior leadership) does not guarantee admission. Candidates who pass the eligibility threshold are then assessed against broader leadership competencies.  

The value of the program is SAR 180,000 per beneficiary, of which the participant contributes to a subsidized fee amounting to a total of SAR 75,000 (excluding travel and accommodation expenses, with estimated costs ranging from SAR 15,000 to SAR 20,000). 

Participants may request fee coverage through their employer, subject to internal policies, or choose to pay directly, while Misk covers the remaining amount. 

Misk offers the option to apply for a full scholarship covering the full program cost, excluding travel and accommodation expenses, for a limited number of seats for eligible candidates. 

Applicants may also seek sponsorship from their employer in line with its approved policies. 

If a scholarship is not awarded, the subsidized fee pathway remains available, either through employer sponsorship or self-funding. 

Misk also works closely with each candidate to help identify the most suitable option in line with the applicable terms and conditions. 

Scholarships are awarded on a merit basis to limited candidates who successfully passed all stages of the selection process and demonstrate outstanding overall performance. Priority will be given to individuals with financial need 

Yes. Organizations may sponsor participants, and Misk Foundation will support you by providing the necessary letters and documentation.
