What is Misk Launchpad

Misk Launchpad is a Virtual fast-paced 10-week program delivered in English for aspiring entrepreneurs to transform their ideas into working Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). The program is a mix between theoretical masterclasses & practical workshops delivered by world-class experts. The program is broken-down into three main phases: Shape, Build and Pitch, with complementing phases of Refine, Raise and Grow.

Program Framework

Shape Phase:

Takes place in weeks 1 - 3 covering the following themes: Idea Refinement, MVP Roadmap and market research, Lean Model Canvas, crafting a customer journey, product development and customer acquisition.

Build Phase:

Takes place from week 3 to week 8, covering the following themes: Pricing strategy and revenue streams, marketing and financials, KSA Legal essentials, IP, Strategy and Teambuilding, UX and UI, user testing and feedback and pitching.

Pitch Phase:

Takes place from week 8 to week 10, covering the following themes: investment and fundraising and growth strategies.

Eligibility criteria

Misk Launchpad seeks startups at ideation-stage with technology-based mature ideas.
Only Saudi Arabian nationals or residents willing to test and launch in Saudi Arabia are eligible to participate.
Participants commitment is required from September 2024 to December 2024
Good command of written and spoken English is required.
Teams consisting of 2-3 co-founders are preferred.

a. We will review your application based on criteria and decide if this program is right for you. b. If program is not right for you, Misk Entrepreneurship team will send you an update email that could include direction to another tailored program for you. c. Shortlisted applicants will receive an email with further application instructions and requirements.
Application Confirmation

Successful applicants will receive an email confirming their first phase enrollment “Shape”. We will also share more program-specific information and details about your participation.
Next Phase

Once enrolled in first phase “Shape”, an assignment containing Business Model Canva, Investor’s Pitch deck, MVP Road Map and Company Profile will be requested, and based on evaluation, only suceesed startups will proceed to the next phase “Build” by end of week 2.

Are there any fees for participating in the program?

No, there are no fees for participating in the program.

Do I have to be Saudi National?

The program is open for Saudi Market Relevance; nationals or residents that are willing to test and launch in Saudi Arabia.

Can I participate in the program if I’m a full-time student or employee?

Yes, however, full ccommitment for the duration of the program is required.

Where is the program taking place?

The program is offered virtually; however, we host multiple optional physical events. The optional physical events take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Can we apply as a team?

Yes, while teams can attend the weekly sessions, only one representative of the team can apply.

How do we choose who from my team applies?

If you are unsure who to choose to represent the team, select the team member who is the most fluent in English, and has the time to submit the requested assignments.

Will there be a certificate?

Yes, the certificate will be under the project name. upon meeting the graduation criteria, which includes deliverables, submissions, attendance and completing the program

Will the program be offered in Arabic?

This program is only delivered in written and spoken English to promote scalability and an international mindset to reach the Kingdoms entrepreneurial growth aspirations. Attendees are required to have a strong command of English to successfully complete the program.
