Trust in your abilities

Article written by Samir Abbass outlines Ideation stages, idea analysis, market testing, and hiring, urging confidence in positive outcomes and seeking guidance when needed.

If you have a project idea, believe in yourself and start by writing it down first.

Map out the plan and divide it into stages. The first stage, for example, is reading and analyzing the idea. In other words, ask yourself if this idea is unique or if it is an improvement on an existing idea. Then, share the same questions with close contacts. Identify your clients, your competitors, the appropriate market for the idea, and the pricing that the market is expected to accept.

As for the idea itself, ask yourself whether it provides solutions for a specific segment of society, or if it can be beneficial globally. Is the idea realistic and feasible? Is the cost of producing and implementing the idea reasonable and acceptable to the market?

Then, move on to the next stage: build a business model that encompasses all the previously mentioned points, in addition to marketing methods, sales channels, required services, the company's success, operational costs, diverse revenue sources.

Afterward, proceed to the third stage, which involves market testing. During this stage, it is essential to start introducing or testing the idea with a segment of the market through your relationships and contacts.

Next, proceed to the fourth stage, which involves obtaining official permits, registering with the Zakat Authority, and, most importantly, studying the relevant regulations.

After that, move on to the sixth stage, which involves selecting the headquarters and commencing the hiring process.

As a rule, whenever the results of each stage are promising and positive, move on to the next stage and the one after that without hesitation or fear.

Believe in your abilities, seek guidance from God, and consult experienced individuals who care about you.
