Program Details

The Misk Traineeship Program connects participants with top-tier programs, traineeships, and graduate development programs with esteemed local establishments.

In-depth information about the available opportunities will be revealed to applicants who pass the initial selection process.

It takes around 4 weeks to get to the opportunities browsing (once shortlisted).

The Program duration ranges from two months to a full year.

During your traineeship, you will benefit from different features:

Program Outcomes

Participants will develop practical professional skills and gain hands-on industry exposure.

Participants will build confidence and strengthen their readiness for the workforce.
Participants will expand their professional networks and develop stronger self-awareness of their strengths and development areas.
Beneficiaries will receive a certificate from Misk Foundation upon successful completion of the traineeship program.

Application Criteria

Program requirements

Saudi nationality
Senior university students or recent graduates (less than two years of experience)
Proficiency in English and Arabic
Reputable university background
Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.75/5.00, 2.75/4.00, or equivalent.
Note: Some employers may have additional requirements or criteria

Accepted applicants will go through a virtual interview.
Opportunity Browsing

Successful applicants will have access to the Misk Traineeship Portal to browse available opportunities they can apply for.
Career Essential Courses

Participants must complete the Career Essentials Program to unlock their eligibility for our program.
Traineeship Placement Assessment

Once candidates are accepted by the establishments they’ve applied to, they will go through additional assessment processes.
Application Confirmation

Once a candidate is accepted at an establishment they have applied for through the Misk Traineeship Portal, they will receive a confirmation email of their acceptance and enrollment details via email. All applicants will receive an update via email on their application status within 4 to 6 weeks of completing their application.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive an update on my application status?

We appreciate your interest and want to assure you that reviewing candidate profiles is a careful process that requires time. Our team is working diligently to respond to all applicants as promptly as possible. We kindly ask for your patience, as some opportunities may take longer to receive a response.

Is the AI interviewer available in Arabic?

The AI interview is conducted exclusively in English; Arabic language support is not available at this time.

I'm a senior university student, can I apply in the program?

You can apply if you will graduate within this year, if you will graduate in the upcooming year, you can apply for next year's cycle.

Do you provide CO-OP opportunities?

At this stage, the program is designed to serve GDP, fresh graduates, and early to mid-career professionals. CO-OP opportunities are not included in the current cycle.

Are jobs guaranteed after training?

No, partners will assess and review your performance, and depending on their interest, they will decide whether to extend a job offer

I have been disqualified by the AI interview, can I do it again?

Unfortunately, the AI interview can only be completed once. We encourage you to apply again in the next cycle, where you will have another opportunity to participate.

I want to apply for [Company] but the deadline has already passed, can you do an exception?

Unfortunately the deadline can't be changed since it's determined by our partners, you can apply for other open programs and explore on the portal

Can I apply if I'm non-Saudi?

Unfortunately the program is only provided to Saudi nationals

Does the program cover medical insurance?

Depending on the partner, some will offer medical insurance and some won't. Please check with the partner if you have been moved to the interview/offer stage if they provide medical insurance.
