Designed to equip Saudi high potential emerging leaders with a comprehensive development program that integrates leadership competencies and business skills applied in a sector-focused context to effectively contribute to vision 2030's transformative goals, drive sustainable organizational progress at an exponential scale and succeed in their transition to their leadership roles.
The program targets mid-level professionals who either work in or have an interest in contributing to one of the following targeted traces:
Research, Development and Innovation (RDI), The non-profit Sector (NPO), or Human Capital Development (HCD).
Participants will gain practical skills and insights in 80+ engagement hours through a blend of in-person Modules, virtual learning Modules, Site Visits, Coaching sessions & hands-on capstone project, enabling them to lead effectively within their sectors.







Develop self-leadership and reflection skills, enhance emotional intelligence and leadership communication, lead diverse teams while fostering high-performance cultures, and adapt to change to excel in leadership.
Explore global trends in the targeted sectors, provide tailored leadership strategies to drive impactful change, and understand the Saudi landscape of these sectors by focusing on their unique challenges and opportunities.
Foster business innovation and strategic thinking, develop agile teams and build coalitions, enhance decision-making and conflict management, master business acumen for leadership excellence, and refine communication skills.
These sessions are built with the aim of providing support to 10X Leaders to work on goal setting and career development
The capstone (graduation) project represents a valuable opportunity for leaders to apply the knowledge and practical skills.
The 10x Saudi Leaders will be delivered in English.
Commitment and active engagement during the module days are mandatory for graduation (a total of 10 days). The modules are delivered over a 6-month period, and physical attendance is required for in-person sessions, as outlined in the program overview. Misk Foundation will provide an official support letter to facilitate participants ’attendance and engagement in the program.
10X Leaders is a hybrid program. The first and last modules will be held in-person, while the second module will take place online for the HCD and NPO track and in-person for RDI track in Riyadh . The in-person modules will be held in Riyadh, and attendance is mandatory.
The benchmarked value of the program is SAR 50,000 per beneficiary, of which the participant contributes to a subsidized fee amounting to a total of SAR 11,500.
Participants may request fee coverage through their employer, subject to internal policies, or choose to pay directly, while Misk covers the remaining amount.
Misk offers the option to apply for a full scholarship covering the full program cost, excluding travel and accommodation expenses, for a limited number of seats for eligible candidates.
Applicants may also seek sponsorship from their employer in line with its approved policies.
If a scholarship is not awarded, the subsidised fee pathway remains available, either through employer sponsorship or self-funding.
Misk also works closely with each candidate to help identify the most suitable option in line with the applicable terms and conditions.
Scholarships are awarded on a merit basis to limited candidates who successfully passed all stages of the selection process and demonstrate outstanding overall performance. Priority will be given to individuals with financial need.
Yes. Organizations may sponsor participants, and Misk Foundation will support you by providing the necessary letters and documentation.
The program is expected to start in August and end in January 2027.
