Program Details

The Founder Leadership Excellence Program is a focused, 3-day immersive experience that equips founders/co-founders of active startups with the mindset, tools, and behaviours to lead themselves , scale teams, and transition from founder-led execution to enterprise leadership. Through hands-on activities, role-plays, case discussions, and guided reflection, participants strengthen self-awareness, elevate communication and emotional intelligence, build high-trust, high-performance teams, and learn practical coaching and mentoring techniques through founder dilemmas, startup growth scenarios, investor/stakeholder simulations, and venture-scaling reflection exercises.

Participants will receive personalized coaching sessions to support the Founder-to-CEO transition, address live venture challenges, strengthen delegation and communication, and apply module insights to real startup growth decisions. These sessions provide an opportunity to reflect on their progress, set actionable goals, and address specific challenges. Coaches will guide beneficiaries in applying program

concepts to their real-world work environment, reinforcing long-term growth and practical application of new skills.

Amita is a seasoned senior executive with 38 years of international experience driving business transformation and growth across diverse markets, including the UK, Asia, and the Middle East. She co-founded Seicho Growth Development, where she leads SME scale-up initiatives utilizing innovative AI-driven strategies to enhance investment and growth outcomes. With a deep commitment to governance, sustainability, and fostering innovative ecosystems, Amita has played a pivotal role in delivering impactful transformation initiatives across public and private sectors. Her work embodies a steadfast dedication to enabling individuals and organizations to achieve sustainable growth through strategic leadership and innovation. Relevant Experience: Amita’s career spans over three decades, with significant contributions to SMEs and nonprofit organizations. She has led high-impact projects for SMEs, resulting in multimillion-dollar returns and sustainable business models. Her leadership at Alliance Manchester Business School involved designing and managing strategic programs for international governments and private sector entities, focusing on innovative business models and governance frameworks. Additionally, as a Board Trustee for the Youth Charter, a UN NGO, she has driven social transformation through strategic planning, advocacy, and funding strategies. Program Prerequisites
  •  Founder or a team member of an active startup (Series A stage and above).
  •  Demonstrated entrepreneurial track record (3–7 years of professional or entrepreneurial experience).
  • Currently leading a team of at least 3–5 full-time employees.
  • High English language proficiency.
  •  Excited about contributing to Vision 2030 and the Saudi startup ecosystem.
  •  Self-aware, resilient, and enthusiastic about exponential venture growth.
  • Demonstrate a "Growth Mindset" with strong communication and pitching skills.
