This program is designed to equip you with the essential skills needed to support your company in seeking capital for growth by offering shares to the public. This intensive and highly practical training program will qualify you to become proficient in the initial public offering (IPO) process. Enabling you to expertly arrange, manage, price and distribute an IPO. In addition to covering the core aspects of IPOs, this program includes a dedicated module on listing and post-IPO considerations, offering insights into the management of different securities, regulatory compliance, and investor relations post-IPO.

Understand key accounting standards and the transition from pre-listing practices to post-listing reporting, including their impact on financial statements, finance teams, and long-term value.

Governance and Legal Requirements

Explore governance practices that support listing readiness and effective post-listing operations, with a focus on due diligence, legal requirements, and potential restructuring implications.

Communication and Investor Relation

Understand effective communication with investors, the public, and external stakeholders before and after listing, and the role of investor relations in liquidity and the investor base.

Instructors
Nasser Alajaji
Nasser serves as Chief of Listing at the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) and brings extensive experience in corporate governance, board advisory, and capital markets, with a strong focus on supporting organizations through strategic transformation and IPO readiness. He has worked closely with senior leadership and boards across Saudi Arabia, advising on governance frameworks, regulatory alignment, and effective decision-making practices.
Najla Al-Gadi
Najla is currently a Partner at Gibson Dunn and holds a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School. She advises clients on complex capital markets matters across a broad range of industries. Dual-qualified in Saudi Arabia and New York, Najla draws on extensive transactional experience in the Saudi market to guide issuers, investment banks, boards of directors, and capital markets institutions on capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary equity offerings, and other securities offerings; public company representation matters; public merger and acquisition transactions; and corporate governance and securities law matters. Najla has represented clients across multiple sectors, including oil and gas, information technology, telecom, manufacturing, healthcare, real estate, and financial services. She also helps clients navigate pre-IPO corporate restructuring and readiness and corporate governance issues in Saudi Arabia.
Sara El Jamal
Sara is currently an assurance Senior Manager at Deloitte. She is an experienced professional over 10 years of expertise in external audit, internal audit, and accounting advisory. Sara's career has been marked by her contributions to large-scale projects, with a particular focus on IFRS transformation and consolidation. She played a vital role in significant projects aimed at performing gap assessment and transitioning to IFRS while ensuring compliance with the latest IFRS guidelines. Sara has also experience in risk-based internal audits, performance improvement and external audits in different sectors such as the healthcare, retail, and hospitality industries. Sara's proficiency in both external and internal audit served as a solid platform for the execution of advisory and assurance projects. Sara is also a certified public accounts (CPA) from Guam state in USA. She is also a certified internal auditor (CIA).
Tariq Al-Buhosi
Tariq Al-Buhosi is a Partner at Brunswick Group and Head of the firm's Riyadh office, which he has led since 2022. He advises organisations on strategic communications and stakeholder engagement, building on a consulting career spanning the public sector and education across Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf. He joined from PwC Middle East, where he was a Director in the Education and Public Sector Consulting practice in Dubai, and had earlier served the firm as a Manager. Between those roles he was a Director at Harasani & Alkhamees Law Firm in association with DWF in Jeddah.

 Yes, all participants will receive a certificate of completion upon attending the program. 

Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions to gain the full benefit of the learning journey. Certificates may be subject to meeting the minimum attendance requirements.
