transition to leadership roles.
10x Saudi Leaders is a hybrid program that offers new leaders and managers the
opportunity to gain the right mindset, skills, and competencies required to excel in
achieving an impact on others. It is offered to Saudi leaders, who were recently appointed to a
managerial position within their organizations.
10x Saudi Leaders program builds foundational leadership skills linked to the 2030 Leaders
competency framework. It aims to (1) build successful leadership pipelines, (2) enable leaders to
strategize, innovate, and operate in different settings, and (3) cultivate competencies aligned with
Vision 2030.
This is a part-time hybrid program, delivered through live online evening sessions as well as in-person sessions held in Riyadh. It comprises of an average of 90 hours of world-class training
over 5 months.
Program Outline:
3 days - Riyadh - May
This module focuses on building an agile leader and adopting a leadership mindset
4 half days - online - May/June
This module empowers you to be future-ready by understanding the impact of digital transformation and innovation on global business and applying sector-specific insights to your organization
4 half days - online - July
This module works on sharpening your business acumen and developing effective business strategies
3 days - Riyadh - August
This module is sector specific which aims to enable leaders to understand their sector’s landscape, challenges, and ways to improve and develop the sector
3 sessions online
These sessions are built with the aim of providing support to 10X Leaders to work on goal setting and plan their IDP
Online sessions with industry experts in the enrolled sector
1 day - Riyadh - October
The capstone project is an opportunity for Leaders to explore modules and directly apply gained knowledge and skills to propose solutions for real-world problems in the enrolled sectors
The 10x Saudi Leaders will be delivered in English.
Full-time commitment and physical attendance are needed for in-person sessions held during working hours (3 days in May and 3 days in August and 1 Day in Oct). Live online sessions are held in the evening from 6pm to 10pm and require virtual attendance.
Two of the modules will be held in-person, while the two other modules will take place online. The inperson modules will be held in Riyadh, and the attendance is mandatory
Tuition fees are covered by Misk Foundation. However, applicants will be responsible for all associated
travel, transportation, and accommodation costs.
The program is expected to start in May and will lasts for 5 months.
