The Saudi people have energy and great determination. The Saudi youth are the cornerstone of the project, and 70% of the people are under 30 years old." The project serves the aspirations of the Kingdom's 2030 Vision regarding empowering women, as it will provide jobs for women in the project and both genders for that matter, in addition to stimulating tourism in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
NEOM's social mission rests on four main pillars: Education, Employment, Empowerment and Participation. That is achieved by providing educational opportunities for young people to be able to secure jobs within the city.
