Company Overview

Since our humble beginnings in 2015, Strategic Gears (SG) has always aimed for continuous growth and quality delivery. Having now been in operation for seven years and completed over 140 projects for clients in several service lines, as well as opening our first international office in London in 2019, and our office in Cairo in January 2022; now we are considered the largest local management consulting firm in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and our commitment to quality output remains the same.

We have 2 types of Internships in Strategic Gears:

On-Job Training: The program is designed to enrich the participant's knowledge and provide them with the skills needed in this early stage of their career to be ready for their professional lives.

- Program Name: Future Gears

- Program Duration: 6 Months

COOP (University Internship): This internship program is for candidates who are looking for Co-op training as a prerequisite for their graduation from the university.

- Program Name: University Internship

- Program Duration: 6 Months

Our programs enrich the participants' knowledge and provide them with the skills needed in this early stage of their career to be ready for their professional lives. We provide our interns with training programs, on-job training, and mentorship.

Saudi National
Graduates with a bachelor’s degree with no more than 1 year since graduation or senior student
Year of graduation: 2022, 2023
Accepted majors are accepted, except:

- Humanities majors like History, Geography, Philosophy, etc.

- Medical

GPA eligibility: 2.5 out of 4 or 3.5 out of 5
Proficiency in English and Arabic
Desired competencies & skills:

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask

- Excellent document development through MS Office

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities

- “Roll up your sleeves” attitude

- Creative and Curious approaches

Are Misk internships accredited by my university?

You will need to check with your university directly as this will depend on the number of hours required for your internship/co-op.
