This program will involve an intensive training program that will cover the skills required of a consultant working at Devoteam as well as a rotational system whereby interns can gain direct insight into the work of project teams on the ground. There will also be ample opportunities for interns to engage in networking with members of the management team.

Program Details  

The first month of the journey will be focused on ‘Devoteamization’. Interns will be fully exposed to the Devoteam Culture. This will involve team bonding and creative activities in order to enhance both communication and problem-solving skills as well as an intense learning program and workshop regimen on Project Management, Agile Project Management, IT Service Management, Business Analysis, Business Architecture, Design Thinking, and Communication Skills.  Interns will also be introduced to the different Business Units at Devoteam to better understand the company’s services.  

For the following two months, and in conjunction with the training programs, interns will also be assigned to different projects across Devoteam Business Units, where they will experience the transformation first-hand, which will build and mold different skill sets that will better prepare them for the labor market. Interns will be given a choice to pursue project experience in one of the following paths: (1) Data & Integration, (2) Cybersecurity, (3) Digital Transformation, (4) Project Management, Transformation, & Change, and (4) Business Automation.
