Innovation Diwan is a national platform that empowers Saudi youth to develop innovative solutions to community challenges. Through a structured development journey, participants receive training, mentorship, and practical support to transform their ideas into impactful and sustainable solutions.
The program consists of five key phases:
Throughout the journey, participants collaborate with mentors, experts, and peers to refine their ideas, validate their concepts, and develop prototypes that address real community needs. The program aims to strengthen participants’ innovation, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities while enabling them to make meaningful contributions to their communities .
Based on the Community Challenges Study, key challenge areas are announced, and youth are invited to submit innovative ideas and solutions that address community needs and challenges.
Qualified participants join an interactive virtual bootcamp featuring workshops, mentoring sessions, and collaborative activities designed to strengthen problem identification, solution design, and innovation skills.
Qualified participants take part in an intensive in-person bootcamp focused on solution development, innovation, and teamwork through hands-on workshops and specialized mentoring sessions.
This phase supports teams in transforming their ideas into testable MVPs through mentorship, solution refinement, field testing, and continuous improvement based on user feedback.
The Final Event brings together finalist teams to showcase their solutions and MVPs, celebrate their achievements, recognize outstanding projects, and connect promising solutions with potential partners and supporters.
Innovation Diwan is open to Saudi youth who are passionate about innovation and interested in developing solutions to address community challenges.
Yes, participation in Innovation Diwan is completely free for selected participants.
Applications are submitted individually. Participants whose ideas are selected will be required to form a team (3-5 team members) to support the development and implementation of their solution during the program.
Yes, participants will receive guidance and support from experts, mentors, and industry professionals throughout the program.
Finalist teams present their solutions and MVPs to a panel of judges, partners, and stakeholders, while outstanding projects are recognized and celebrated.
Participants who successfully complete the program may receive a certificate of participation, subject to the program's requirements and attendance criteria.
Yes. You may submit multiple ideas across different challenges, as long as each idea is submitted separately and complies with the program requirements.
Each team should have 3 to 5 members.
